Antonia is the founder of Antonia Cea Art Management, she coordinates and leads all areas.
She is an art historian with a research degree in archiving, documentation, and cataloguing of works of art; a diploma in curating; and is certified in art appraisal. She has over 25 years of experience in the management of culture, art, and collections, with a strong focus on the visual arts, and has built an extensive national and international network in the field. She has extensive experience in project management in the field of culture, visual and performing arts.
Cecilia is a consultant in Preventive Conservation and Restoration.
She is a Conservator and Restorer at Pontificia Universidad Católica (PUC), where she also serves as a Master's and Teacher of Fine Arts. Additionally, she is the Academic Director of the Master's in Conservation and Restoration of Objects and Heritage Environment at the University of Finis Terrae. She is a researcher and teacher in conservation at both the Catholic University and Finis Terrae. She has led significant projects in the conservation and restoration of Chilean National Heritage.
Macarena is a consultant in collections management and cultural integration.
She is an art historian, visual arts teacher and curator with extensive experience in cultural management. She is currently in charge of the public area of the Salvador Allende Solidarity Museum (MSSA). She lived in Havana (2017-2023), where she collaborated in the cataloging of Chilean photography for the Wifredo Lam Art Center and in territorial connection projects with the San Agustín Artistic Laboratory (LASA). In Chile, she has worked in teaching and coordinating educational and mediation projects in institutions such as the Sala de Arte CCU, the MSSA and the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes.
Gaspar Infante
Gaspar is a consultant in collections management, preventive conservation and cultural integration.
Architect. Master in Architecture, Pontificia Universidad Católica (PUC). Master of Science in Architecture at the Technical University of Berlin (Germany). She has studied the disciplinary intersections between architecture, museography and ecology.
Juan Manuel advises on cultural heritage planning - valuation and art curation.
BA in Art Theory and History from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Chile, Master of History and PhD in American Studies from the Faculty of Liberal Arts of the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Curator and researcher in the field of fine, decorative and numismatic arts. He has carried out appraisals for public and private institutions and individuals.
An art historian and museologist, she has worked in the research, conservation and registration of collections at the Museo de Artes Visuales and the Museo de Arte Popular Americano at the Universidad de Chile. She was director of the Museo de Artes Decorativas and the Museo Histórico Dominico (2011-2016) and coordinated exhibitions at the Centro Cultural La Moneda until 2018. She is currently working on curatorial and archival projects such as El desenlace de la Forma, Hebra Perdida and the archives of Nury González and Gonzalo Díaz. She also develops museological scripts and teaches postgraduate courses in museology at the Adolfo Ibáñez and Catholic Universities of Chile.
Natalia Ramírez Puschel
Natalia is a consultant in visual artist mentoring and cultural integration.
Journalist and performer in dance and live arts. Master in Scenic Practice and Visual Culture, Body, Archive and Memory, Universidad de Castilla la Mancha, Spain. Diploma in Semiotics of the Arts, specializing in Body Studies, University of Chile. She accompanies artistic processes in project proposals, documentation, writing and publishing, curating, stage management and interpretation, performance, artistic direction and teaching, collaborating with artists in Chile, South America and Europe. She is a biodynamic craniosacral therapist who lives and works in the Andean mountains of Araucanía; she is co-founder of Sierra Residencia and develops artistic, educational and therapeutic processes.

A visual artist, curator, and cultural manager with over 20 years of experience. He holds a degree in Art and a Master's in Visual Arts from the University of Chile, and has a proven track record in research, publications, and exhibitions of contemporary art at the national and international levels. He was instrumental in the establishment of Matucana 100, Teatro MORI, and the Centro Nacional de Arte Contemporáneo de Cerrillos. Additionally, he has curated biennials and provided guidance to MINCAP on cultural policies. He has also served as a university professor, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses. His work is included in the collections of the Kunstmuseum Bern in Switzerland and the Engel Foundation in Chile.

She is a photographer, web developer, and self-taught graphic designer. She has experience working with a variety of media, including newspapers, magazines, and websites, in both Santiago de Chile and Berlin, Germany. After a long career in photography, she transitioned to web programming and design, focusing on clean code, which involves writing only the necessary code in an orderly and authoritative manner. She has created numerous websites for artists, festivals, and content related to art and culture. She currently resides in Santiago de Chile.
